Simon founded his consultancy in 1996 at the age of 30 following a sales career that covered senior sales positions in a diverse range of industries from finance, to footwear, to publishing. Besides a strong passion for sales he has always been fascinated by learning. To combine learning and sales effectiveness in the one consultancy was a natural fit.

Over the last twenty two years Simon has worked across the globe leading the design and roll out of multiple sales development initiatives with a long list of recognised brands. In that time he has built an enviable reputation for quality and flexibility in tailoring sales improvement solutions to clients.

Besides a love of family and travel, Simon’s passions include snow skiing, cycling and coaching his kid’s sport.
