DuluxGroup is a diversified consumer and industrial products company based in Australia, best known for its market-leading paint and coatings brands. Its businesses span decorative paints, construction products, home improvement, and garden care, operating across Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, and parts of Asia.

Challenge faced:

DuluxGroup needed assistance to create and deploy a range of sales training solutions for a disparate group of legacy and newly acquired businesses. Whilst looking to extract synergy savings through consolidation and unification, it was crucial that the solutions were tailored for channel and different cultures.

BIG Solution:

Initially we designed the DuluxGroup selling language and a core stack of content. We then delivered a range of training to both front line, account managers and sales managers. We have even facilitated war game simulations and sales conference sessions. Today, Dulux own their tailored content from BIG and deliver these programs via a dedicated internal resource, with new innovation coming from new program content, video reinforcement and integration, to information systems.

Outcome delivered:

DuluxGroup have for more than a decade relied on BIG to deliver both content development, high quality facilitation and learning innovation to a range of business units and their management teams.
