Simon Dethridge
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Simon is the founder and managing consultant of BIG Consulting. He leads the business from the Melbourne Head Office.
After graduating with an Economics degree from Monash University, Simon held senior sales and general management roles in the finance, publishing and footwear industries.
Since founding the business as a 30 year old, Simon has spent the next 30 years consulting to leading brands around the globe.
Besides the variety and continuous learning, he is most passionate about seeing people grow and progressing in their careers.
Outside of work, Simon relishes time with his wife and three adult children. His interests include travel, cycling, golf and backcountry skiing.

Chris Costandi
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Chris leads our Sydney office and has been a valuable member of the team, for more than a decade.
With 25 years of experience in senior commercial roles spanning both the FMCG and Pharmaceutical industries, he brings a wealth of real-world insight, commercial acumen, and practical experience to every engagement.
For our clients, Chris prides himself on being a trusted advisor and one that is not only valued for his subject matter expertise, but also for his ability to engage teams at all levels of the organisation, foster buy-in, and drive sustainable change.
Outside of work, Chris can be found on Sydney Harbour, where he is heavily involved in the sailing community, volunteering regularly and supporting his two sons compete in sailing regattas around the globe.

CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER
Fiona leads our client service delivery to ensure all touchpoints with BIG are efficient, precise and helpful.
From initial onboarding to post project follow up, Fiona has a warm approach to every aspect of service delivery and high attention to detail in everything she touches.
From document creation to program logistics, you will experience a professional at work as she supports both clients and consultants to deliver the magic.
Fiona is an intrepid adventurer who enjoys the wonder of travel that feeds her spirit. A love of yoga and meditation keeps her in great health.

Netasha Gooding
FINANCE MANAGER
Netasha manages the financial function for the Business Improvement Group, leveraging her extensive business experience in more than just bookkeeping.
She is a former Partner, Director and business owner of successful recruitment firms, a Digital Creative Agency and a consulting business.
Netasha possesses over twenty years of general management experience. She has significant knowledge not only around human resources and sales, but is also skilled in financial management, strategy development/deployment and stakeholder development.
Netasha is a valued member of our team for her advice, care and unwavering support.
She is very active in her community as a volunteer and enjoys time with family and friends.
