Simon is the Managing Consultant leading the business from the head office in Melbourne. Educated at Monash University with a Bachelor of Economics his corporate experience includes National Sales and General Management roles. Passions include Family, Travel, Cycling, Golf and Back Country Skiing.

Ralph Fallows

Ralph comes from the FMCG industry having worked with major brands in various production, marketing and sales roles across the region. Based in Melbourne, Ralph relishes seeing people grow professionally and devotes personal time to not for profit charities with young people.

Steve Shaw

Consultant – Melbourne

Steve is our newest addition to BIG Consulting bringing 21 years of FMCG industry knowledge. He has held Director level roles in both Australia and New Zealand for Mars and has also worked in the UK. Steve is passionate about growth in people, brands and ultimately businesses. His passion is golf and family time with his wife and 3 young boys.

He holds a Bachelor of Science from Wollongong University. His passion is his family, sport and his talented sons who are vying to represent Australia in sailing.
