Simon Dethridge – Managing Director – Melbourne Head Office

Simon has run successful consulting businesses for the last 19 years. He has worked throughout Australasia and most Asian countries in that time. Prior to entering sales performance consulting as a 30 year old he was General Manager of a Sports Shoe business following National Sales and Marketing experience in Footwear, Apparel, Publishing and Finance.

Simon is a keen fitness enthusiast and lover of sports. His passion is currently Cycling, Golf and Football including coaching his son’s football and cricket teams. He regards his greatest fitness experience being the completion of the gruelling 96 km Kokoda Track in Papua New Guinea in 2006 and conquering Australia’s toughest bike ride up Mt Baw Baw in Victoria. He travelled to Europe with his family in 2014.

Chris Costandi – Business Improvement Consultant – Sydney office

Chris has a long and distinguished career in Pharma/Healthcare and FMCG where he held senior sales roles as Sales Director, National Sales Manager and Head of Sales & Customer Excellence with global corporations. Over that time he was a keen practitioner in sales force effectiveness and was involved in the design and delivery of multiple sales excellence programs throughout Australia and many Asian markets.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree, is passionate about coaching and human performance almost as much as his affection for his young family.

Away from work, Chris enjoys travelling around the world with his family experiencing different places, people and cultures. Highlights have included diving at Sharm el Sheikh Egypt in the Red Sea, driving through the French Riviera on the Mediterranean Sea, and experiencing the excitement of the Big Apple (New York). Chris also enjoys many sports including soccer, rugby league and fishing. He is actively involved in his sons’ sports interests as both a coach and manager of their teams.

Han Peng Ng – Business Development Manager – Singapore office

Han Peng joins BIG Consulting as our Regional Business Development Manager. His primary role is to represent BIG Consulting in key markets across Asia with the specific purpose of making new business contacts.

Han Peng comes to BIG Consulting with a proven track record in driving accelerated business growth in emerging markets across Asia Pacific having gained a Bachelor of Accountancy from the Nanyang Technological University. He has held various senior commercial roles across multinational Healthcare and Consumer Goods organisations such as Novartis and Hoya. He brings significant experience in business development, market strategy development and possesses a keen can-do attitude.

Renee Giarrusso – Business Improvement Consultant – Melbourne office

Renee has over 16 years experience in management & sales roles within FMCG, with a successful track record in managing teams and major accounts. Whilst working with a multinational supplier she pioneered and built a new business stream within the Route channel and co-ordinated multiple restructures.

Well aware of the day to day workplace pressures to perform from her own corporate experience, she has most recently been working with a range of clients to realise the transformational benefits that sales training and executive coaching can provide at a personal, not just a business level.

Renee has a flair for training and facilitation with highly developed skills in the area of Coaching and learning reinforcement back on the job. Her qualifications in the assessment of workplace behaviour using the iWAM profiling tool has delivered many indelible insights for participants and improved ROI for the client.
